Terms and Conditions

What is included

The course fee includes attendance at the training course, course materials and light refreshments during breaks. The full day training course also includes a buffet lunch. The course fee does not include accommodation, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred.

Payment Terms

The course fee is due upon receipt of invoice. Please note that your place on the course is not guaranteed until payment has been made in full. Payment must be made at least 14 days in advance of the event. Prices quoted exclude VAT which will be added at the current rate.

Cancellations and substitutions

Should you decide to cancel, the following fees apply:

• 15 days or more prior to training course date - no charge
• 14 days or less prior to training course date - for cancellations received on or after this date, a 100% cancellation fee plus VAT applies
• non attendance at training course - 100% cancellation fee plus VAT applies

All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing. Alternatively, you may send someone else from your company for no additional charge.  These penalties are per delegate. Delegates cannot share places.

We cannot accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.

Alterations to the course

It may be necessary, for reasons outside of our control, for us to make alterations to the content and timing compared to the advertised programme. If this does happen then we will advise accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any training course at any time. In the highly unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled seminar.

If, for reasons beyond our control, we have to change the location of the course, we will try to give you as much advance notice as possible of any such change and a venue within suitable proximity to the original venue will be found.

Your contact details

We will use the contact and delegate details you provide us during the registration process to keep you informed of further details. We may also include you in our mailing list, which we will use to contact you by email from time to time with details of our other events and information we think will be of use to you. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from this list. We will never under any circumstances give your details to a third party.

General

These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. Our advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between Adwords University and the recipient. Payment for the course is deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any enrolment received after the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by an officer of blue spark limited. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
